1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Arunika Technologies website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Nature of Services

Arunika Technologies is an IT infrastructure and networking integration company. We provide hardware sales, configuration, EPABX installations, and network bridging. Please Note: We are a network integrator, not an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Any Internet Leased Line (ILL) or broadband services are provided by third-party ISPs, and Arunika Technologies acts only as the infrastructure builder to deliver that connection to your premises.

3. Hardware Warranty and Support

• Hardware products (such as routers, switches, firewalls, and IP phones) from brands like Cisco, Fortigate, Sophos, NEC, and MikroTik are covered under the respective original manufacturer's (OEM) warranty policies.
• Arunika Technologies provides installation and configuration support. Hardware replacement due to physical damage, power surges, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
• Software licenses, including our proprietary PnSWall permanent license, are non-transferable and subject to the specific licensing agreement provided at the time of purchase.

4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Clients opting for AMC services will receive priority support as outlined in their specific contract. AMC covers configuration, troubleshooting, and labor, but does not cover the cost of replacement parts or hardware unless explicitly stated in the signed agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure maximum network uptime and security, Arunika Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, loss of revenue, or business interruption resulting from network failures, cyber-attacks, or third-party ISP outages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra.
